Doug Speedie, M.D.
Board Chairman

Dr. Speedie was elected to the Delta Health Board of Directors in 2018 and again in 2022.  Dr. Speedie will serve a 3 year term.  In May of 2023 Dr. Speedie was elected as Board Chair.  Dr. Speedie also sits on the Finance Committee.

Tammy Smith

Board Member

Tammy Smith was elected to the Delta Health Board of Directors in 2018 and again in 2022.  Tammy will serve a 3 year term.  In May 2023 Tammy was elected as Board Vice Chair.  Tammy is also Chair of the Finance Committee.

Bruce Mixter, M.D.

Board Secretary/Treasurer

Dr. Mixter was elected to the Delta Health Board of Directors in 2018 and again in 2022. Dr. Mixter will serve a 3 year term.

Matt Soper
Board Member

Matt Soper was elected to the Delta Health Board of Directors in 2020 and appointed in 2023.  Matt will serve a 4 year term.
